Honesty AI (“Platform”, “QWE”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is operated by Sole proprietor AidQuest International.
These Supporter Terms (“Supporter Terms”) govern all voluntary crowdfunding participation, supporter contributions, donations, payments and related activities conducted through the Honesty AI platform, associated websites, technologies, applications, communications and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By contributing funds, participating in crowdfunding activities or otherwise supporting the Platform financially, users (“Supporters”) acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Supporter Terms, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and any related policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Supporter Terms, you must not contribute funds or participate in supporter activities.

1. Nature of the Platform
Honesty AI is an emerging technology and artificial intelligence initiative currently under development. The Platform may include research initiatives, experimental technologies, conceptual systems, AI-driven tools, informational materials, crowdfunding campaigns, supporter participation programs, future product concepts and developing infrastructure.
Supporters acknowledge and agree that:

• the Platform remains in an early and evolving stage of development;
• technologies, systems, concepts, features, and operational plans may change over time;
• future products or services described on the Platform may be modified, delayed, suspended or permanently discontinued;
• development outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes a promise or guarantee of future operational capability, commercial success, technical completion or service availability.

2. Voluntary Contributions and Free Will Participation
All supporter contributions, donations, crowdfunding participation, financial support and payments made through the Platform are entirely voluntary and made solely at the Supporter’s own initiative, discretion and free will.
By making contributions through the Platform, Supporters expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• no person or entity is obligated to contribute funds;
• participation is voluntary and non-compulsory;
• Supporters independently evaluate whether to financially support the initiative;
• all participation occurs entirely at the Supporter’s own discretion and risk;
• Supporters fully understand the risks associated with supporting an emerging technology initiative.

Supporters further acknowledge that contributions are made knowingly, voluntarily, and without coercion or guarantees of future benefit.

3. Crowdfunding Nature of the Campaign
The Platform operates as a crowdfunding and supporter participation initiative intended to assist with the research, development, infrastructure, operational scaling, staffing, cybersecurity, legal compliance, computational resources and potential deployment of Honesty AI and related technologies.
Supporters acknowledge that the crowdfunding campaign is intended solely to support the development and operational goals of the initiative.
Contributions are not investments and shall not be interpreted as:

• securities offerings;
• equity participation;
• shareholder arrangements;
• partnership interests;
• debt instruments;
• regulated financial products;
• guarantees of profit or financial return.

Supporters do not receive:

• ownership rights;
• shares or equity;
• governance participation;
• voting rights;
• fiduciary rights;
• guaranteed financial benefits.

4. Campaign Goals, Development Risks and Conditional Refund Policy
Due to the complexity, infrastructure requirements, research demands, computational costs, operational scaling, regulatory considerations and evolving nature of artificial intelligence technologies and global information systems, the Platform has established an internal crowdfunding objective of up to approximately USD 1,600,000,000 intended to support the long-term research, development, infrastructure, operational expansion, staffing, security and potential deployment of the project and related technologies.
Supporters expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• the crowdfunding campaign is voluntary in nature;
• contributions are intended solely to support the development and operational goals of the initiative;
• the campaign does not guarantee that the Platform, technologies, artificial intelligence systems, products or services will become fully operational, commercially available, completed or successful;
• development timelines, deployment schedules, technical capabilities, infrastructure and future plans may change, be delayed, suspended, restructured or discontinued at any time;
• artificial intelligence development involves substantial technological, operational, financial, legal, cybersecurity, market and regulatory uncertainty.

All supporter contributions are made voluntarily, knowingly and entirely at the contributor’s own discretion and risk.
Except as expressly stated in this section, all supporter contributions are final and non-refundable.
However, in the event that:

• the project is formally and publicly declared permanently halted or discontinued by Honesty AI; or
• the project experiences a temporary operational halt, suspension or inactivity period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;

eligible supporters may request a conditional partial refund equal to up to ten percent (10%) of their original eligible contribution amount.
To qualify for such conditional refund consideration, supporters must:

• submit a formal refund request through the official support channels designated by Honesty AI;
• provide sufficient identifying information and payment verification reasonably requested by Honesty AI;
• submit the request within ninety (90) calendar days following the official public announcement of permanent discontinuation or qualifying operational suspension.

Supporters acknowledge and agree that:

• refund processing may require verification procedures;
• certain transaction fees, processing fees, taxes, operational costs, infrastructure expenses, fraud prevention costs, compliance costs and administrative deductions may affect refund calculations;
• failure to submit required information within the applicable timeframe may result in forfeiture of refund eligibility;
• refund eligibility applies only under the specific conditions described in this section and does not apply to development delays, feature changes, roadmap modifications, operational restructuring, staffing changes, market conditions, technical limitations or partial service interruptions.

Honesty AI reserves the right to review, verify, approve, deny or investigate refund requests in order to prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate claims, unauthorized requests, chargeback manipulation or unlawful activity.
Nothing in this section shall be interpreted as a guarantee of refunds, project completion, commercial success, operational continuity or future service availability.

5. No Guaranteed Benefits or Services
Honesty AI does not guarantee:

• access to future products or services;
• future platform functionality;
• AI deployment;
• supporter privileges;
• early access opportunities;
• uninterrupted operations;
• successful development outcomes;
• commercial launch or long-term continuity.

Any acknowledgements, communications, symbolic rewards, supporter recognition or optional community benefits are provided solely at Honesty AI’s discretion and may be modified, suspended or revoked at any time.

6. Assumption of Risk
Supporters acknowledge and accept that crowdfunding participation and support of emerging technology initiatives involve substantial uncertainty and risk.
Supporters expressly assume all risks associated with:

• early-stage technology development;
• artificial intelligence research uncertainty;
• infrastructure limitations;
• development delays;
• operational restructuring;
• cybersecurity incidents;
• legal and regulatory changes;
• market conditions;
• technical failures;
• project discontinuation.

Participation occurs entirely at the Supporter’s own discretion and risk.

7. No Warranties
The Platform and all supporter activities are provided on an “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS” basis.
Honesty AI disclaims all warranties, guarantees and representations, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to:

• availability;
• reliability;
• accuracy;
• security;
• uninterrupted operation;
• fitness for a particular purpose;
• future technical outcomes;
• commercial viability.

Honesty AI does not guarantee successful completion, operational continuity or protection from cyberattacks, technical failures or disruptions.

8. Security and Cyber Risks
Supporters acknowledge that no internet-based system, platform, payment processor, database, server or infrastructure can guarantee absolute security.
Honesty AI shall not be responsible for damages arising from:

• hacking incidents;
• data leaks;
• unauthorized access;
• malware;
• phishing attacks;
• cybersecurity breaches;
• infrastructure failures;
• payment processor disruptions;
• third-party technical failures.

Supporters voluntarily provide information and payments with full understanding of such risks.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honesty AI, Sole proprietor AidQuest International and their founders, affiliates, employees, contractors, advisors, representatives, operators, licensors and partners shall not be liable for any:

• direct or indirect damages;
• financial losses;
• lost profits;
• reputational harm;
• loss of opportunities;
• cybersecurity incidents;
• data breaches;
• operational failures;
• development delays;
• project suspension or discontinuation;
• consequential, punitive, incidental or special damages.

Supporters expressly acknowledge that all participation occurs voluntarily and entirely at their own risk.

10. Force Majeure
Honesty AI shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, failures, damages, losses or inability to continue operations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• cyberattacks;
• infrastructure failures;
• internet outages;
• government actions;
• regulatory restrictions;
• natural disasters;
• war or civil unrest;
• technical malfunctions;
• third-party provider failures;
• power outages.

11. Fraud Prevention and Compliance
Honesty AI reserves the right to investigate, suspend, deny, reverse, restrict or review supporter activity in cases involving suspected:

• fraud;
• money laundering;
• chargeback abuse;
• unauthorized payment activity;
• sanctions violations;
• identity manipulation;
• unlawful conduct;
• abuse of refund procedures.

Supporters may be required to provide identification, verification documentation or payment confirmation information.

12. Modifications
Honesty AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue or replace any supporter programs, crowdfunding activities, technologies, services, policies or these Supporter Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

13. Governing Law
These Supporter Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction selected by Sole proprietor AidQuest International, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from or related to the Platform or supporter participation shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts or dispute resolution forums designated by Sole proprietor AidQuest International.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Supporter Terms is found invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement
These Supporter Terms, together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and related policies, constitute the complete agreement between Honesty AI and Supporters regarding participation and contributions.
