Honesty AI (“Platform”, “Honesty AI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is operated by Sole proprietor AidQuest International. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Honesty AI platform, including all associated websites, applications, technologies, crowdfunding campaigns, supporter programs, content, communications and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing, browsing, registering for, contributing to or otherwise using the Platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Supporter Terms and any related policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Nature of the Platform
Honesty AI is an emerging technology initiative currently under development. The Platform may contain experimental technologies, research concepts, future product descriptions, prototypes, informational materials, crowdfunding activities and developing AI-driven systems.
Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Certain features, systems, technologies or services may not yet be operational;
• Development timelines may change at any time;
• Public roadmaps, descriptions and concepts are informational only;
• Technologies or services described on the Platform may be modified, delayed, suspended or permanently discontinued without notice.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes a guarantee of future products, functionality, operational continuity, availability or commercial success.

2. Voluntary Participation
Any use of the Platform, including financial contributions, crowdfunding participation, supporter involvement, submissions or interactions, is entirely voluntary and conducted at the sole discretion and free will of the user.
Users expressly acknowledge that:

• Participation is voluntary and non-compulsory;
• Users independently decide whether to access or support the Platform;
• Honesty AI does not solicit investments or guaranteed financial participation;
• Users assume all risks associated with participation in an early-stage initiative.

3. Eligibility
By using the Platform, users represent and warrant that:

4. Crowdfunding and Supporter Participation

All contributions made through the Platform are voluntary and made entirely at the user’s own discretion and risk.
Users expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Contributions are not investments;
• Contributions do not constitute securities offerings or financial instruments;
• Contributions do not provide ownership, equity, shareholder rights, voting rights, partnership interests or governance participation;
• Contributions do not guarantee products, services, access, financial returns, compensation or future benefits;
• The Platform remains under development and may evolve, change direction or cease operations entirely.

Supporters acknowledge that they contribute funds entirely of their own free will and with full understanding of the risks associated with supporting an emerging initiative.

5. No Refund Policy
Except where required under applicable law, all supporter contributions, crowdfunding payments, donations and voluntary financial support are final and non-refundable.
By making payments through the Platform, users acknowledge and agree that:

• Contributions are voluntary and irreversible;
• Honesty AI is under no obligation to provide refunds or reimbursements;
• Delays, modifications, technical issues, restructuring, operational changes or discontinuation of the project do not create refund obligations.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating whether to financially support the Platform.

6. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Use the Platform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, servers, infrastructure, accounts or databases;
• Distribute malware, malicious code, ransomware, viruses or harmful technologies;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation, integrity or security of the Platform;
• Use scraping tools, bots, automated extraction systems or unauthorized data collection methods;
• Impersonate individuals or entities;
• Misrepresent identities, affiliations or information;
• Engage in conduct that may expose Honesty AI to legal, financial, reputational or operational harm.

Honesty AI reserves the right to restrict, suspend, terminate, investigate or block user access at its sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, systems, technologies, branding, logos, software, interfaces, graphics, research materials, databases, designs, text and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Sole proprietor AidQuest International and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly authorized in writing.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy, reverse engineer, exploit, republish or commercially use any Platform materials without prior written authorization.

8. User Content and Submissions
Users remain solely responsible for all content, submissions, communications, materials or information provided through the Platform.
By submitting content, users grant Honesty AI a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable and non-exclusive license to store, process, reproduce, analyze, display and use submitted materials for operational, research, analytical, development, security and business purposes.
Users warrant that submitted materials do not violate laws or third-party rights.

9. No Financial, Legal, or Professional Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes:

• Financial advice;
• Investment advice;
• Legal advice;
• Professional consulting;
• Securities offerings;
• Guarantees of profit or financial performance.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating any information or decisions related to participation or support.

10. No Warranties
The Platform is provided on an “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honesty AI disclaims all warranties, representations and guarantees, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy;
• Reliability;
• Availability;
• Security;
• Fitness for a particular purpose;
• Commercial viability;
• Non-infringement;
• Continuous or uninterrupted operation.

Honesty AI does not guarantee that the Platform will be secure, error-free, uninterrupted or immune from cyberattacks, technical failures or operational disruptions.

11. Security Risks and User Acknowledgment
Users acknowledge and accept that internet-based platforms inherently involve risks, including but not limited to:

• Hacking incidents;
• Data leaks;
• Unauthorized access;
• Malware;
• Phishing attacks;
• Cybersecurity breaches;
• Technical failures;
• Infrastructure disruptions;
• Data corruption or loss.

While commercially reasonable safeguards may be implemented, Honesty AI does not guarantee absolute security, confidentiality or uninterrupted availability.
Users voluntarily use the Platform and provide information entirely at their own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honesty AI, Sole proprietor AidQuest International and founder, affiliates, employees, contractors, advisors, representatives, licensors, operators and partners shall not be liable for any:

• Direct or indirect damages;
• Financial losses;
• Lost profits;
• Reputational harm;
• Loss of opportunities;
• Data loss or breaches;
• Cybersecurity incidents;
• Service interruptions;
• Technical failures;
• Development delays;
• Project discontinuation;
• Consequential, punitive, incidental, or special damages.

Users expressly acknowledge that use of the Platform occurs entirely at their own discretion and risk.

13. Third-Party Services
The Platform may contain links, integrations, payment processors, analytics systems, hosting providers or services operated by third parties.
Honesty AI does not control or assume responsibility for third-party services, systems, security practices, operations, content or actions.
Interactions with third-party services occur entirely at the user’s own risk.

14. Force Majeure
Honesty AI shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, losses, damages, failures or inability to continue operations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters;
• Government actions;
• Regulatory restrictions;
• Cyberattacks;
• Infrastructure failures;
• Internet outages;
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest;
• Technical malfunctions;
• Third-party provider failures;
• Power outages.

15. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Honesty AI, Sole proprietor AidQuest International and their affiliates, founders, employees, contractors, advisors, representatives and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or legal expenses arising from:

• Violation of these Terms;
• Misuse of the Platform;
• Violation of applicable laws;
• User conduct or submissions;
• Participation in crowdfunding or supporter activities.

16. Modifications
Honesty AI reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, discontinue or replace any portion of the Platform or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction selected by Sole proprietor AidQuest International, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from or related to the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts or dispute resolution forums designated by Sole proprietor AidQuest International.

18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Supporter Terms and related policies, constitute the complete agreement between users and Honesty AI regarding use of the Platform.
